Reburn

Lute FP I see grunge referenced primarily, but to my ear I hear more of a pre-metal, punk-period White Zombie, and even hints of acid doom in the vein of Uncle Acid. And I almost hear some Guns N’ Roses and early FNM now that I’m listening for influences.

This is hard rocking and dirty, pulling from many influences while managing to produce a unique sound. Killer songwriting, and clocking in at over an hour, a helluva bargian.

The Midnight Toker. Grungy and even has its very own Alice in Chainsy kinda vocals to top it off.

about

15 Sludge Anthems about the modern world!

"Oxford power trio Mother Corona's Orange Goblin - style riffs and nasally Billy Corgan - esque vocals work well, the grooves roll hard and the wah-wah solos smoke" (Terrorizer)

“Reburn” is a colossal album that sprawls and jams for nearly eighty minutes" (Sludgelord)

"Mother Corona have gone from a band to watch out for, to THE band to try and catch!" (Heavy Planet)

"By the end of "Reburn" you've forgotten where you've came in; your altered by cheap booze and relentless noise, and you stumble away dazed and joyously confused, Outstanding!"
(Nightshift Magazine)
